Opinion Survey

The objectives of conducting this opinion survey were to determine how current certificate holders feel about ICCP Examinations and the certification program. The survey helps the Education Foundation and the ICCP to better understand the needs and perceptions of the people and the organizations in the industry. We plan to conduct similar surveys every few years.

The results of the survey were gratifying because:

Approximately 20% of those contacted elected to complete the survey instrument.

More than 80% of the respondents rated the examination they took as excellent, good, or average.

The responses provide the ICCP with a feel for the most desired examinations, including the need for new examinations or updating existing exams.
