Download the PDF file The ICCP provides a testing tool which can be purchased by companies for assessment of applicants for various jobs in the ICT sector, or to assess what kind of skills and knowledge gaps exists for current employees in order to assess the organization's professional development needs. Various tests assess the individual's programming skills, systems analysis skills and knowledge, systems design, SQL database skills and knowledge, data and process modeling knowledge, data communications, networking, internetworking, etc. Each test is constructed for a 20 minute delivery and the mark is assessed and shown on screen. These test items are randomly delivered from a test bank of hundreds of questions, however a common difficulty level is maintained for each constructed test. The ICCP can customize its testbanks for the assessment of a broad base of employees. The ICCP consults with each company to provide it with a full assessment and technology training plan.
