It covers Cyber Risk Assessment, Security Data Governance for trademark professionals, Data, Asset & Identity Protection, Privacy by Design, Information Security, Operations, Cyber Security Assessment & penetration testing. Computer security, cyber security, or IT security is the protection of computer systems from theft of or damage to their hardware, software or electronic data, as well as from disruption or misdirection of the services they provide. The field is of growing importance due to increasing reliance on computer systems, the Internet and wireless networks such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and due to the growth of "smart" devices, including smartphones, televisions and the various tiny devices that constitute the Internet of Things. Due to its complexity, both in terms of politics and technology, it is also one of the major challenges of contemporary world Assistant Cyber Security Professional (ACSP) The ACSP program was developed to help those who are just on their way up the ladder. Levels of Credential Available
Executive Management Requires passing 4-day* workshop on Cyber-Security or 4-day Chief Information Security Management Officer workshop and written assessment passed at 70% of higher. Adherence to the ICCP Code of Ethics. * Due to Covid and remote locations and individuals who may prefer to be single registrants, this course can be taken online with a hybrid learning approach: these include video instruction and topic self assessments and a multiple choice course exam. Instructor will be available for up to one hour per topic (12 topics) for learning support for the duration of the course. Instructor-led sessions to be scheduled between attendee and instructor. Principal Requires one 90-minute exam be taken (Cyber Security) and passed at 70% or higher.. Plus a 2-day mentoring workshop. Plus Significant contributions to the industry. Adherence to the ICCP Code of Ethics. Mastery Requires one 90-minute exam be taken (Cyber Security) and passed at 70% or higher. Adherence to the ICCP Code of Ethics. Associate/Practitioner Requires one 90-minute exam be taken (Cyber Security) and passed at 50% or higher. Adherence to the ICCP Code of Ethics. If you've achieved a foundation credential by taking the foundation level exams you must retake the exams at 90 minute duration (but at a significantly reduced member price) for any of the higher levels which are extended duration and variety examinations. Foundation Assistant Cyber Security Professional Requires one 60 minute exam be taken (Cyber Security) and passed at 50% or higher. Adherence to the ICCP Code of Ethics. |
