About the Certification
An IT consultant needs to understand how to plan, explore business operations, with superior skills in listening and effective communications. They are employed in information technology consulting firms and in information technology units throughout the public and private sectors, or they may be self-employed. They have to develop and maintain skills also in consulting work acquisition, and work and client management. They need to follow strict ethical guidelines and privacy of information.

Note: If you've achieved a foundation credential by taking the foundation level exams you must retake the exams at 90 minute duration (but at a significantly reduced member price) for any of the higher levels which are extended duration and variety examinations.
